We would like you to know that we take great pride with our personally owned units and we have a cleaning and maintenance team that is specifically dedicated to taking care of our units. It is our promise
that we will make every effort possible to insure that your unit will be the cleanest you have ever experienced and problem free.
NOTICE - ADULTS & FAMILIES ONLY!
If you are a parent renting property for your children please do not select our units. We utilize Condo Guard, Inc. and we will remove groups without adults on site with NO REFUND. All units are NO PETS* and NON-SMOKING. Damage deposits may not be returned if the cleaning team advises there was smoking in the unit.
*Pets allowed with prior approval at Blue Ridge location.

Deposit and Payment Info
Use the PayPal link below to make a payment. Enter the payment amount on the PayPal screen. NOTE: You must contact us to confirm pricing and availability before making a payment.
- We take Visa and M/C or checks.
- We will need a deposit to hold unit.
- The balance of payment is due 30 days before your stay.
- If paying by check only, we require a separate damage deposit check.
- Taxes and cleaning are not included.
